Eligibility for Admission
A candidate for admission to the Four Year Degree course in Technology must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any other examination recognized by Osmania University as equivalent.
Eligible applicants must pass the Entrance Examination conducted by the Government of Telangana. Admissions are strictly based on merit secured in the entrance exam and reservation rules.

Eligibility for PG Admission
Candidates with B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent degree are eligible for admission. Selection is based on the GATE examination percentile score. If sufficient GATE candidates are not available, admission may be given based on TGPGECET entrance test.
Candidates must have at least 55% marks or GPA of 2.4/4 in B.Tech to appear for the entrance test.
Two supernumerary seats are available for candidates sponsored by Teaching/Research/Industrial establishments under Osmania University.
